$1.1 million in cash....
80 million 10 cent shares in MMX.
And after successfull listing, a further 1 million or so shares at initial price 20 cents...
All adds up to around $11 million
Some arguement as to value of the initial 80 million shares, But what cant be disputed is the shares issued after listing...
