Lets not all get too carried away here, Althogh judgement is expected next week...Dont look for an ACTUAL dollar award...Judgement expected to run into a hundred pages or more....Likely result... 1/ Judge likely to award a Dollar settlement equivalent to a percentage of value of funds contributed by chm to Jack hills purchase based on all arguements surrounding cheques (loan or not) Share sales (legitimate ones or not)..Then taking into account development expenditure, royalties paid etc etc...Could percentage be 1%, 1.5% or more , Judgement will tell..Then probably order an Independent valuation of project to determine final ammount...But we will at lwast have an indication.... 2/Almost guaranteed appeal by either MMX or chm depending on who feels the worst done by.. 3/Undoubtedly serious settlement negotiations between parties to arrive at a conclusion and avoid lengthy appeal process, whilst valuation undertaken possibly a month or so.. Final result as posted before prior to christmas...
