i agree with your summary. first decision will be appealed. there will also be a cat fight over valuations/ proportionate contributions. but also very likely that they will all pull out their rooster rulers (used to measure their....) during this time. only to put them away in time to settle. im pretty sure that neither party wants to find out what the appellant court's view is on all of this.
