these were my income estimates when I looked at it anyway.
Dividends get paid out of after tax profits.
Debt at HY end 31 December 2023 was reported as $83.3M so maybe the interest expense is a fraction on the high side
Direct property expenses were reported as $0.8M for the half year
Management fees and expenses were reported as $1.1M for the half year.
