Just found it: 0.65% of the gross asset value of the fund plus a 1 percent acquisition or disposal fee which isn't relevant for the past 12 months. So if we presume a 15 percent write down that gives us an annual fee of 1.4 million against a gross portfolio value of a little over 218 million in gross assets.
