    Yeah, this did strike me as a pump and dump to boost support for the SPP and to ensure that the issue price is at the maximum, 3.2 cents.

    VWAP from tomorrow up to, and including, 26/11/13 will set the SPP price. VWAP needs to be 4 cents or higher for CSS to get the maximum issue price.
