Could be a bit of good old fashioned bluff in my opinion SF. More likely it's RIO who's been behind our SP shenanigans and the BEOT has got wind of their real intentions hence the action over the last few days. But someone big is circling us.
Good of RIO to throw out a bit of a false scent though. They probably think it helps with their negotiation.
