.....aggregate short sales, provided by ASIC with a lag of 4 trading days (T+4)
ASX releases non-aggregated daily short sales figures daily and cover the previous days activity. This activity is listed in the table below, and is usually updated at 11:30am Sydney time.
The above mentioned entities are not however renown for reliability and 11.30am often becomes mid afternoon as some of you might have noticed over the last couple of days. It would appear that whichever one is responsible for updating the number of shares in the company is lagging the chain there too. The last 3Y shows a different number to shortman
