I think this is an excellent time to buy PLS. With the sale of 20-49% of the mine and as stated by KB, there are many suitors, i should imagine a premium price will be paid. This will give a clear indication of what the market cap of PLS is worth at this point in time. Should not be too long before this JV is announced. I think the sp will be very noerth of what it is now.
