Better call Twiggy and advise him that his bet to solve transportation issues with a hydrogen economy are destined to failure then.
Personally I think Li batteries will be a big part of the future. But as ammonia=>hydrogen-fuel cell-electric and ultra capacitor-electric and ICE/hybrid also have promise in solving issues with Li battery-electric ... it’s not surprising that the leading companies will hedge technology bets. Tesla is a startup business trying to take on the incumbents, their only choice is to place all its money on one technology.
