I agree ... and Directors are of course legally bound to do precisely that in the decisions they make. I'm in no doubt that if they decide to proceed they'll believe it's value accretive and in shareholders best interests.
My point is that no one has any clue as to what sort of return PLS will make on Chem Processing. 12%ROI? 15%? 25%? More? WIthout some knowledge of the licencing terms between the JV and Posco, anything is just a wild guess (except that at <15% I couldn't see the board approving it).
