Well your just pointing out the obvious but as a actual holder I use common sense and take a couple of things into account..:
1: Management have shown they are quite capable of stringing a deal together and won't proceed if they can't.
2: PLS have a strong hand , they are the ones producing and supplying the Spodemene, we actually don't need POSCO there will be other takers out there, but POSCO need Spodemene. Between them they will work a deal that has something for both of them.
As a non holder don't leave your entry to late...
