Everyone is having a guess so thought I would be a mug and 'ave a go". Here is my take on the price decline. Management (MacBank) have been trying to put this deal together. PLS holding out for best possible deal. Probably two or more bidders. Possibly one getting a bit put off by our hard line. Dumping a few shares to weaken our resolve. Big picture hasn't changed. Good product, strong demand, good management and cashed up.
