    in the same thread Jen's says the concentrate can be stored for 2 years.

    If true the question is why wouldn't they be stockpiling?

    Possible answer is they dont want or need to stockpile. They may not see supply constraints in the future and may not see the potential to use up stockpile if chemical production is the bottleneck rather then sourcing concentrate. Furthermore they may have had discussed receival issues with PLS and been told 'no worries we have had other partners wanting more product in near future' (after July)... Maybe one partner who thought they would receive concentrate later on in PLS's stages can now be moved forward. Maybe this is the same partner that we will form a larger partnership with?

    Also maybe this whole maintenance tactic is about rectifying the RCR issues.

    Just throwing out ideas. All food for thought anyway.
