Their calculations for PLS' intrinsic value (IV) are too variable for me to rely on. But that's just me. Others might like the IV and want to rely on them.

The latest seems to be $4.23. (per Post #: 39308860)
To understand the fluctuating IV, we look at their assumptions, which include:
- Annual growth rate based on Govt bond rate of 2.8%. Fairly stable rate used.
- DCF at 10.18%. Fairly stable rate used.
- Only accounting for 5 years of cash flow. Period of time is unchanged.
- Reliance on 5 undisclosed analysts' estimates. It all boils down to this particular factor. Who are the analysts? From the name, we can then know the nature of the beast.
