Guys let me do a quick memory refresh:
A2M - trading at approx. $1.70 back in 2016
Citi bank says SELL due to China regulation concerns - stock plunges to $1.30...
Meanwhile those who checked the broker trades saw Citi bank in Hong Kong was buying up A2M shares at the same time as the report was issued.
The stock went from $1.30 to $14 over the next couple of years and after this bearish report and Citi bought up big.
