For what it is worth, I asked my super fund (Kinetic) if they let their/my/our shares out to be shorted. Same to Westpac, my trading platform and I received a firm "no" from both of these institutions.
How about your? Ring, email, ask and report. Perhaps we can find out what the source/s of the shorting is and boycott them if you want.
