New year, new decade, and a whole lot more to look forward to as the world increasingly moves to renewables. I’m in no way saying this will be instantaneous, but all the signs are there for a change in public perception, sentiment, and action.
Europe going nuts for EVs and as the emission mandates kick in over the next few years you will see all carmakers spending a lot more in marketing their EVs to balance their emission sheets. Cost parity 2022 at the latest, charging station expansion is on fire, Big Oil has a large interest in this sector already, I wonder why!
So I guess it’s not all doom and gloom as some analysts forecast. I suppose it’s comes down to where your paycheque comes from.
Having a large portfolio of lithium stocks that are on average 56% down I don’t have the slightest concern going forward. The industry and the world are both heading in the right direction, their paths will meet soon. I just have to look back three years and there was nothing on the horizon, nearly all auto was completely anti EV, solar had no efficient storage capacity, it was only hybrids and the odd leaf on the road. How the world has changed in such a short time.
Imagine the sector in another five years? With over 300 EV models on the market, few ICE vehicles still available as many carmakers will have joined those already committed to an all EV fleet post 2025.
For those circling these lithium stocks what an amazing time to enter, or re enter this market.
