Thanks for your considered comments SimonGr, I respect them greatly and they certainly have merit, I can vouch for them from my own experiences. The problem I have with PLS and why I feel for shareholders is that this company isn't transparent when it comes to appointment of key personnel and this is a significant consideration as to why they are a clusterf$*&#. Let's ask the question. Given all their issues have been "operational" and still remain unresolved. Let's ask the question. What auditable process was run prior to the appointment of the COO? who endorsed him? Why? What relevant experience did he bring to the position? What other candidates were considered? Who else was interviewed? Who made the ultimate call on this appointment? What were the key KPI's? What's the status of their attainment? Etc etc?
