Is it opportune to consider a scrip for scrip TO of AJM?
Currently could offer AJM shs 40cents (40% premium to current price)...no cash outlay for PLS ..would give current production capacity of near 500ktpa to ramp up within 6 months...can't imagine the size of the combined resource...PLS become near a $3b company, up with the big end...we all know advantages of proximity...PLS knocking back orders= may force resolution of JRO issue with AJM and offer their offtake to the customers PLS is knocking back...security of two new operational plants plus PLS about to start stage 2..immediately looking at near 1mtpa as early as next year..AJM stage 2 can wait..many other advantages...why not consider??
