Absolutely we are not fully valued. For an opportunistic takeover it will require lots of deep pocket ...meaning much higher than fair valued.
KB did an amazing job for PLS holders by diversifying customers in a defensive way. It's difficult for a successful TO unless all parties customers/shareholders are satisfied. In honesty I rather wait for $10 instead of eg $2 TO.
