Many of the 6.6m units on the sell side are way above the money (current trading price).
Traders can place the sell orders way above the money with nearly zero chance of them being filled, and the sell orders can be pulled when the share price looks like going up.
In other words be aware of the tactics used by the share price manipulators.
But yes, there is a negative bias in play at the moment.
