It is a pyramid scheme or simply a disguise of virtual gamble. It has no real economic benefits for any countries. Despite there're some genuine retail traders, but in fact it is a haven for money laundry & criminal activities. A chinese crypto company (Huobi) will list on asx. I hope our government stood firm like Japan by denouncing Crypto trade in Australia.
