I am currently in central China and everyday almost getting run over by one of the thousands of silent electric three wheel vehicles that roam the streets, footpaths and all accessible areas. If they didn't have lithium batteries i would love to see them all banned. Not sure if this is well known but the other night the Chinese news channel reported that the island of Hainan has banned the sale of all petrol or diesel vehicles from 1st March. Cant be a.bad thing !!
