Market capitalization (MC) is simply the current price per share multiplied by the number of outstanding shares of common stock. KDR only has approx. 404 million shares on issue (compared to approx. 1.74 billion for PLS). PLS is also more heavily shorted than KDR, so the share price is well below what is considered fair value (and hits our MC).
