If you happen to be sitting in a solvent company with prospects for supply of anything in the chain to replace a volatile liquid shoved up or down a pipe to explode in some metal block to turn a wheel and further explode a lethal mix out its tailpipe, you could well be onto something.
This China_city_NEV_assessment_20181018.pdf is out of date, it’s already moved way faster, book a trip to sightsee the Great Wall and look with your own eyes at a change more potent than steam. If you think the US and Euro are going to let them dominate, further your trip. This is a generational change that will have lightening speed in hindsight.All IMHO of course, however those of you being offered a nice franchise in ICE SUV's at rock bottom prices should tread with caution.
