Yes, we had a guy on Friday saying he thinks they could manipulate the SP back to the mid 70's at least. I think this sort of thing will just be allowed to continue because the authorities obviously have no problem with the defrauding of retail investors. What is needed is actual jail time for price manipulation since monetary fines are chicken feed compared with the amount of money stolen.
