You will find that recovery rates will improve, few hick ups in March. Nothing to worry about, IMO.
As per last announcement:
RECOVERY Steady improvements in lithia recovery achieved during the initial commissioning and ramp-up phases (Q3 and Q4 CY2018). Recovery levels have been below plan due to the later commencement of commissioning than expected. Additionally, lower recovery levels occurred during the March 2019 quarter due to two equipment issues, being a conditioning tank liner failure (now resolved) and a dense media quality issue (now resolved).
