Day to day discussions on S/P, page-92

I would like to comment on the above suggestion from North America. Many of us over here were in a mining(sort of) stock that was trading about 200K shares a day, and suddenly shorters/manipulators went nuts and it was trading 2-3 million shares day, and the SP was being run up and down every day, but of course finished down.

A few of us found the appropriate website put in a report/claim, and seriously, volume and shorting dropped hugely the very next day. Within nine days of filing the complaint, our share price had rocketed up 40%.

I would say too that if you seriously believe that PLS SP is suffering because of excessive naked shorting, someone or more than one someone, should figure out how to put in a report/claim with the proper authorities, whatever they are called Down Under. I was seriously impressed with how immediate the halt to the naked shorting game was in our recent case. We didn't even have to sell the SEC what brokerage houses we suspected; they look at the trading data themselves and see clearly who is doing what.
