I agree KB put his own interest b4 shs in this transaction. if he wanted to sell he would have sold it b4 the announcement. he did not why... he knows he is going to bring an announcement to shoot up the sp so that he can offload some of his shares. he times this so nicely. being a director he should not use his position for personal gain where as i believe he did in this instance. Then he helped to bring the sp down selling nearly 8mn shares. we shs were waiting for its to go higher and how stupid we are. he is so shifty in his behaviour. i understand he needs the money to buy the options but in a manner he acted is not in good faith for the shs..
