Not sure I agree with your comment that the options were issued to raise cash.
These options were issued to get the best people to join the company and stay at PLS.
They acted as an incentive for Ken and the Directors to deliver positive outcomes and grow the value of the company.
Ken and the Directors achieved this and are now cashing in their reward.
I don't have a problem with this as you pay for what you get.
If they hadn't issued these options we would have ended up with average management and we likely would still be drilling exploration holes in the Pilbara rather than now having a full operating plant that is now producing and selling Spod to the Chinese.
