Sorry for the delayed reply Whisky, had to read through the 60 announcements provided in March 19. Nonetheless, a nice refresher and the following paragraph can be found at bottom of on page 3 in the partnering announcement.

"In light of the potential to revise the Company’s funding structure through the partnering processbeing contemplated and in consideration of the needs of our customers (who in turn are developingor commissioning their own chemical facilities), commissioning of the Stage 2 project will be delayedby approximately six months to the September quarter of 2020".

Now, the above could be read a few ways, but if customers were short on feed, IMO it would read different. Thus, possibly an opportunity for the company to use the delayed and optimised funding package to softly inform us that our customers are behind the curve atm.
