One thing appears certain, something has come along in recent months that has influenced Management's thinking. I think remianing competative with peers, lower spod prices making it harder to finance would be 2 plausable reasons.
More curious, promoting discussion, seeking further inforamtion than imagination. But have to say, I wished I'd read the paretnering announcement first. Sometimes I'm a bit slow on the uptake, but hey I can lift heavy things
