@AlexanderJ for the equity piece, assuming the shareprice stays above 64c, no, but who knows what the shorters will do. If we see sustained prices below 64c then sure it may cause PRC issues, I am no expert on this topic and invite others more knowledgeable to comment.

Without the benefit of seeing the full details of the proposed bonds and prepay it is hard to say. They could at the very least cause delays across various aspects of business.

There are currently a lot of strings being pulled and it will take a lot of coordination for it all to fall in place, and on time. Lets not forget all this is ontop of getting an impressive mine up and running. The management team have proven themselves very capable to date so there is no reason to think they wouldn't execute on all these fronts.
