I could give you many examples of poor behaviour of people who aren’t indigenous but I would not apply those anecdotal examples to all non indigenous Australians.

FMG are attempting, I would argue, in good faith, to provide opportunity to local people who have very reasonable requests to be treated with fairness. There may be some requests which are difficult, and this is what fair minded arbitration is all about.
