Those views on commercial ads come from the ad running as a sponsored post at the start of videos. Its not an actual click through and watch metric.
all those youtube ads you see are hosted on YT somewhere and you are just viewing the source. Note the comments/likes to see if a vid is actually apart of an advertising rollout
