I've been watching BPH ever since @vontrader told me about the super-pot his company is growing in Patagonia and BPH bough a stake in it.

1. you need money, hard to do at the moment when no one wants to buy the shares
- what do you do, raise $600,000 at 0.5c a share, dilution city (just a guess at the dollars)
- and that's just to float the drilling out and get it in place
2. the drilling is a long way off, and I mean a long way off
- there's a sheet load of hoops to jump thru before drilling starts
3. More money will be needed because something bad always happens
- you can't raise at 0.25c a share
4. The pot in Patagonia must be coming close to a crop season, apparently its really friggin hot stuff
