running up hills is hard.
i sorta stopped running for a bit during iso.
even stopped indoor cycling.
New thing is playing a boxing game in VR where i get the punch on with AI boxers with their speed and agression cranked up. game is called thrill of the fight on oculus quest.
Its not the real thing cause i dont really get hit but geez it feels real with distancing and timing and punching.
heart rates goes up to 170 bpm boxing 9 , 3 mins rounds burning 12.5 cals per minute is my record.
about 350 -400 cals for 30-35 min workout.
Thats sort of my upper limit.
Its like high intensity but for 30 mins. little rest btw rounds.
Still recovering today from yesterdays.
