I'll answer the first part for you. PP has been around a while and we all know that he doesn't actually buy stock his method is clear, wait for a stock to go up and post green smiley faces. When I stock goes down and someone calls him on it, he sold of course. Then 20 minutes later he bought back in and green faces appear again. Been happening for years and we've all come accustom to it. That is why he doesn't get called very often.
