    Get this, my Mrs works for one of those companies that keeps a tight reign on available leave.

    For 6 years now she's never used her rdo's as a method of a day off a month.
    Usually cashes it in because she just won't use it.
    She's a worker who doesn't like letting the team down.


    She's just applied for every Monday off thru our lockdown to help my son with home schooling.

    Asked for 2 weeks off over Xmas. She's never had a clear Xmas for 6 years. Just the public holidays.

    Has rebooked her NZ trip for her mums unveiling. She's gone for 3 weeks on that one.

    Total? 26 days of paid holiday. Total days off of 50 days.
    And the funny thing is that once that's all completed she will still have six weeks leave available and will be pressured to use it.

    Which is awesome. Some people choose to work thier butt off and hold something up their sleeve.

    50 days in 9 months with 6 weeks available? Yes please.
