Folks,

If one were in the position of RIO one might consider the acquisition of CAZ in case of an adverse decision.

That would be a win/win/win- for CAZ, for RIO and for the Minister....who would be saved the embarrassment of revealing all of what was behind that decision.

However I haven't a clue whether RIO would consider that tactic and this is mere speculation on my part.
