I've realised i'm an idiot (for the maybe 25th time since I've started trading)
i wake up about 2 hours before market open
-assess my charts
- run's some scans draw up a few other charts,
-read ann and chart what i think will run, with potential entry and exits
- draw up a little game plan
after all this read HC pre-market thread

plan out the window and i've wasted 2 hours of prep which i'm not even focused on anymore !
the market's changing and i've realised any smuck could of made money during april/may/and most of june, if i want to keep trading and potentially for a living i need to pull my head in asap otherwise i'm on the path on burning my bankroll ....and my super
