WSI. I'd hardly say the SP is ridiculously low. It's not a mature business and mostly they have been losing money. There's nothing to suggest that they will suddenly start raking in the cash. The nature of their business is a slow graft with high costs and low margins. Yep, they have won a few contracts this year but still gotta prove they can manage it all and make a profit. And the profits are not gonna be amazing.
Chart would also back-up this view. Why the SP spiked cos they got a contract is hard to fathom? Has quickly fallen back.
Plenty of better prospects out there with sexier business to fluff up the SPs. imo
