Sometimes it is good to take a break away from the markets, markets can be rough but mean spirited people can be rougher.
Market trading can be the hardest thing that you will ever set out to do, there really isn't one thing that works 100% of the time.
But in saying that once you develop or even fine tune your trading skills, eg. Position sizing, stop loss etc it can be the best thing that you will ever do.
It takes a while to get it right, I have been doing this 22 years now full time and every day the market is ready to swipe you down or lift you up, we don't get a choice we just have to react.
It is a ride like no other. Addictive, frustrating at times but keep at it you will get there!
