    your blue lines marked (good)
    38% retrace yes bullish (but retrace possibly not finished yet thou)did not close above 8.8c , double bottom @ 38%perhaps!maybe but have doubts(mind the 62%retrace)
    note the huge volume after breaking down past weird looking HandS(rollover)
