Gday Rick, I'm pretty good at cutting free, I learnt the hard way a couple of years ago, what's best for me is to have a break, a real break where I don't watch any market activity, I still study though, but stick to my plan. Have a rest and start trading again with no baggage, I might even paper trade for the first month back, that's worked for me in the past, I still have long term investments
