The way things traded today there's some big $$$s that think we have bottomed out.
Otherwise why buy things like CAT when no-one is playing sport atm ot ATU, APT or ATC etc?
Maybe if you are a big insto and it's not your money you can have a punt?
I just can't see it but I'm not the expert.
I know some peeps at MUFG and they pretty smart cookies.
