    Well, that depends entirely on the company. Some delistings have been incredibly successful, and resulted in eventual takeovers. The downside is - less access to liquidity events - and possibly less investor interest.

    If you believe in the company and the management, and it's the kind of company you would want to hold for 10 years if the ASX shut down anyway, then it's probably a good thing.
