Its great every morning I get up 7am do 4km walk with my dog through the bush track that traverses around the Middle Cove Harbour just down the road which really sets the tone of my morning and helps to set up my day, at 415pm do the same walk with no dog and a weighted back pack and call my mrs in Europe for 40mins .. its great, really sets the tone for the morning and night. Refreshes the head, helps you think through they day, trading and other work and helps to analyses what happened, how and why it happened.
