it's very likely a problem with the browser's cache. (Can explain more if you really want.)
Fix if you're using the Chrome Browser:
1. Close all browser windows.
2. launch a fresh browser session. Log in to the IRESS Launch page. Stop there.
3. Press F12
4. RIGHT click on the refresh button, and click "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"
5. Press F12 again (to exit developer mode)
6. Rock on
